I’ve been a nurse for over 30 years, working in various units, mostly in ICU, operating room and med-surg. I’ve had my ups and downs with nurse burnout and have found ways to get through it and start loving my nursing career and having a happy, healthy life again.


I have written books aimed at rejuvenating, inspiring, and empowering nurses, sharing the lessons I've learned to help my fellow nurses avoid the burnout blues I experienced.
